What we collect
Contact details you send through forms or email, and basic analytics about how the site is used. Learner data inside our programs is governed by the agreement with each partner organization, not by this notice.
Job applications
When you apply for a role, we collect your contact details, application answers, resume and cover letter to review your application. Your application and documents are stored in our secure database and are accessible to authorized recruitment staff. An email notification is sent using Resend, our email delivery provider.
Comments, cookies, and media
If you leave a comment we may collect the form data, your IP address, and browser user agent to help spam detection. Comment cookies can remember your name and email for a year. Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited those sites.
Why we collect it
To reply to your message and to run our programs. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Programme data follows the retention schedule agreed with the partner organization.
Your rights

Children and students
Where programs involve minors, participation is arranged through the school or organization, with consent handled by them and data processed under a written agreement.
