We work across education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, immigration, and community-building. Our story

From free tutoring to a bilingual learning ecosystem.

Voilà began with a simple idea: access to the right support can change what is possible for someone.

Our earliest programs connected students with free online tutoring, helping remove barriers to academic support. As technology changed how people learn, work, and connect, our work evolved with it.

We began building new kinds of digital environments — spaces for learning, collaboration, professional development, entrepreneurship, and community. What started as an education initiative grew into a broader technology ecosystem designed around human connection and participation.

Today, Voilà brings together educators, technologists, designers, and partners to create immersive environments, collaborative tools, educational programs, and responsible AI solutions.

Across everything we build, the goal remains the same: use technology to expand opportunity while strengthening the human skills, knowledge, and relationships that make progress possible.

Our founder

Hoss Zaouali

Hosni “Hoss” Zaouali is the Founder and CEO of Voilà Learning and ConnectED Labs, and an entrepreneur and educator working at the intersection of AI, learning, and organizational transformation. For nearly two decades, he has explored how emerging technologies can help people learn, work, and collaborate in new ways.

Today, his work focuses on a central question: how do we embrace AI without giving up the knowledge, skills, and independent thinking that make us human?

Through Voilà, Hoss is building technologies and programs designed to strengthen human capability — combining education, immersive environments, collaboration, and responsible AI.
