About the Role
We are seeking an adaptable Product Designer with demonstrated experience designing digital products and user experiences.
Working closely with Business Operations and Engineering, you will transform product requirements into intuitive user experiences. You will design both the immersive live-session environment and the platform experiences that surround it, including onboarding, dashboards, scheduling, reporting, navigation, and administration.
This is a hands-on role that combines UX design, strong user interface design, design systems, prototyping, testing, and collaboration across the product lifecycle. We are looking for someone who can create both intuitive user experiences and polished, visually engaging interfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Business Operations to understand user needs, business requirements, and product priorities.
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final interface designs.
- Use user research, behavioral design principles, and data-informed insights to improve engagement, motivation, retention, and learning outcomes.
- Design end-to-end experiences for multiple user groups, including students, parents, tutors, administrators, facilitators, and corporate learners.
- Design key platform experiences such as onboarding, dashboards, progress reporting, scheduling, notifications, user management, and administrative tools.
- Create intuitive interfaces and interaction patterns for our immersive live-session environments.
- Build, maintain, and evolve reusable design systems, UI components, and design standards.
- Conduct UX reviews, usability testing, and validation activities to identify friction points and improve experiences.
- Collaborate closely with developers to support implementation and ensure designs are delivered as intended.
- Participate in product discovery, feature planning, and solution design discussions.
- Support website, marketing, and visual design initiatives when required.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and high-quality UI design across real products.
- Demonstrated experience designing modern web applications, dashboards, workflows, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Ability to create polished, production-ready user interfaces with strong attention to visual detail.
- Experience using tools such as Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, component libraries, and design systems.
- Comfortable working closely with business stakeholders and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Passionate about testing, validating, and continuously improving user experiences.
Your First 30 Days
You will work closely with Business Operations to understand our users, products, and roadmap. You will help refine requirements, evaluate existing experiences, establish design priorities, and begin designing and validating new features that support our next phase of growth.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience designing SaaS, EdTech, or learning platforms.
- Website or graphic design experience.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup.
- Familiarity with gaming, virtual environments, immersive technologies, or collaborative digital experiences.
- Experience contributing to or managing design systems across multiple products.
