French Homework Clubs

The French Homework Club is a subsidized after school program providing homework help in French to students from grade 1 to grade 6. These homework clubs in French take place in several cities (Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver) and are mainly directed to students registered in French Immersion and Extended French programs.

Registration for the 2017-2018 year at the Toronto Public Library will open at 8:00am on Wednesday, September 6th 2017.  The program starts October 4th 2017, and runs until the end of May 2018.  This program is free.  Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis for students in Extended French, French Immersion or at francophone schools only.

What to do if your school doesn’t have a French Homework Club

If your school is not on the list above, and if you would like to see this program run in your child’s school over this academic year, below is a step by step procedure.
